1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the halkplay platform — including its website, mobile browser interface, games, promotions, and support services — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of halkplay, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity. Your continued use of halkplay following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

halkplay reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the halkplay platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines, and halkplay strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing halkplay from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of halkplay, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the halkplay platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of halkplay, you must register a player account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify halkplay immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Register only one (1) account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. halkplay reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated balances or winnings.

halkplay reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method) at any time. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your halkplay account to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

halkplay supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, subject to your payment provider's own limits.
• Deposits are credited to your halkplay account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• halkplay does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
• halkplay reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit transaction.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya, subject to system availability.
• Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal limits may apply based on your account verification level.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used for deposits, where applicable.
• halkplay reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Funds subject to active wagering requirements from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

halkplay offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• halkplay reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, abuse of promotional terms, or in violation of these Terms will be voided, and associated winnings forfeited.
• halkplay reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player qualifies for a specific promotion.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are used first in gameplay unless otherwise specified.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on halkplay — including Color Game, Live Casino, Slots, Bingo, Monster Hi-Lo, and Sports Betting — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. By participating in any game, you agree to those rules.

• All halkplay casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live Casino games are conducted by professional dealers in real time. The outcome of live games is final once the round is closed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, halkplay will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical failure policy. Bets placed during a confirmed technical failure may be voided and stakes returned.
• halkplay reserves the right to void bets placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the event commences. Bets accepted at the displayed odds at the time of placement are honored, subject to these Terms.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the halkplay platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the halkplay platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the halkplay platform or its games.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing halkplay staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.

9 Intellectual Property

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the halkplay platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the halkplay platform without prior written consent from halkplay.
• The halkplay name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of halkplay. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, halkplay, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any actions taken by halkplay in good faith in accordance with these Terms.

halkplay's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data

halkplay collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the halkplay platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

halkplay implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and halkplay cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Amendments

halkplay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, halkplay will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the halkplay platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

13 Termination

halkplay reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At halkplay's sole discretion, for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Upon termination for cause, halkplay reserves the right to void any pending bonuses and withhold funds pending investigation. Real money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the completion of any investigation.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

halkplay operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.
